Dr. Minashree Horo is a Public Health Researcher and Health Systems Specialist with a PhD in Social Medicine and Community Health from Jawaharlal Nehru University. With over 10 years of experience in public health research, monitoring & evaluation, and health systems strengthening, she specializes in RMNCH+A, nutrition, and community-based interventions. She has led large-scale studies for clients including The Hans Foundation, Welthungerhilfe, and Aditya Birla Group.

Dr. Richa Chhabra is a seasoned public health professional with over 24 years of experience, including 17 years in the Government Health Sector. Most recently a Senior Consultant at EY LLP, she has led high-impact projects with the Asian Development Bank, World Bank, and National Health Authority across disability inclusion, nutrition, NCDs, and health financing. She holds a Master's in Public Health from IIHMR Jaipur and a PhD in Management Studies.

Aditi Dikey is a development professional with over two decades of expertise in gender research, knowledge management, and grant acquisition. Holding an M.A. in Critical Gender Studies from Central European University, Budapest and an M.A. in Medical and Psychiatric Social Work from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), Aditi has consistently championed gender mainstreaming and policy synthesis. Her extensive career features impactful consulting and leadership roles with esteemed global and national organizations, including UN Women, ActionAid UK, Plan International India, and SCHOOL. Aditi excels in documenting program innovations, mapping grassroots women's rights organizations across South Asia, and producing strategic policy evidence. Dedicated to driving meaningful social change, Aditi combines academic rigor with field experience to influence policy and empower communities.
